Gearing up for summer there are so many shows and events to do.
I have just stood the Art Market in Holmfirth a very good
quality artist and designers fair with a stringent application process. This means
that there are some very high quality designers showing and some wonderful

Whilst I was in Holmfirth I put the two paintings that had
been accepted into the Macmillan Trust Art Show in the Civic Hall in Holmfirth.

The show looked like it was going to be very lively, full to the brim of
interesting paintings. It should be good and I would recommend it.
Next there is the fantastic Peak District Artisan’s 6th
Annual Great Dome Fair. This is held at the Dome in Buxton Derbyshire and this
year host 62 artists and designers. It is a lovely venue with a good atmosphere
